RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
RECINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11933 AND APPROVING PARCEL MAP ENTITLED
"PARCEL MAP, LANDS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA (DN 2574 OR 47)" AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE MAP ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Community Development Director of the City of San Rafael,
State of California, did on March 6, 2006, approve a parcel map entitled "Parcel Map - Lands of
the State of California (DN 2574 OR 47)"; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision will split property acquired by the State and
identified as Lands of the State of California 2574 OR 47 and 30 OS 8 into two lots and a
remainder parcel; and
WHEREAS, this parcel map was approved by the City Council on April 3, 2006,
under Resolution No. 11933; and
WHEREAS, after the approval of the map on April 3, 2006, revisions were made
to the approved parcel map; and
WHEREAS, under the advice from the City Attorney's Office, it is appropriate
that this new revised parcel map be approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determines that this said revised map is in
conformity with the requirements of Title 15 of the San Rafael Municipal Code pertaining to
subdivisions, and that the City Council is satisfied with the plan of the subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, California, that the parcel map, approved by the Community Development Director
of said City on March 6, 2006 and entitled "Parcel Map - Lands of the State of California (DN
2574 OR 47)", be hereby approved, and that the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to
execute the certificate upon the face of the map and to transmit said map to the Clerk of the
Board of Supervisors of Marin County.
IT IS ALSO HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, California, that the same parcel map previously approved by said Council on April 3,
2006, under Resolution No. 11933 is rescinded.

that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 5th day of June, 2006, by the following vote, to wit:
