A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENT WORK RELATED TO SUBDIVISION ENTITLED "PARCEL
MAP — LANDS OF RAINOLDI", RECORDED IN BOOK 2004 OF MAPS, AT
PAGE 045 (EXTENDED TO AND INCLUDING OCTOBER 31, 2006)
Upon application of the Subdivider thereof, and due cause being shown
this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the construction
of the improvement work provided for in that certain Agreement between the City of San
Rafael and Mei Yung Stitzel Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust dated 12/31/1992, as
Subdivider, shall be completed, is hereby extended to and includes the 31St day of
October, 2006.
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Tuesday, the 5th day of September, 2006, by the
following vote, to wit:

Re: Request for extension of time to complete the agreed upon
Improvements to the two lots on Linden lane, SR, Ca
Dear Mr. Yeo:
I think you are aware that the last two years of bad weather which delayed a lot of
projects, one of which was this project. What it also did, which I did not anticipate at the
time I requested my last extension, was the amount of back log for all parts of the
construction industry. Our Engineer was delayed in getting you the approved drawing,
which has delayed my contractor in being able to order the pipe. Since we received your
approval, we have ordered the pipe and have located in inventory. Tentatively, my
contractor believes that he can obtain the pipe by mid September and we will have the
Job finished the early part of October, before the rainy season is upon us. Therefore,
please accept this letter as a formal request for an extension of time to do the work to
