CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOUITION OF 11PPREEIRTION
WHEREAS
TO
ANDREW EASTERLIN
Andy has been assisting the City with gardening and landscaping
on and along the Shoreline Path for several years; and,
As a member of the Baypoint Lagoons Homeowners Association
Andy has leveraged the City's resources to develop more
volunteerism in his neighborhood toward plant and landscape
maintenance, planting, weeding, watering and mulching; and,
Andy has always performed his tasks in an efficient, cooperative
and generous manner with the City's Parks Division, using a well-
planned and well-prepared approach to each task he undertakes;
and,
Andy has contributed consistently professional results in keeping
the Shoreline Path and the common areas around the Baypoint
Lagoons development beautiful;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby commend Andrew Easterlin for his tireless and selfless efforts on
behalf of the City of San Rafael.
