RESOLUTION NO. 11792
RESOLUTION APPOINTING A BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (BID)
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
(TERMS C0111HENCING ON JULY 1, 200G AND EXPIRING JUNE 30, 2007)
WHEREAS, the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) has been established
and requires a Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appoint business community members to the BID
Board of Directors:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following shall be appointed to the
BID Board with terms expiring June 30, 2007:
