RESOLUTION NO. 11815
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 11792 TO APPOINT
AN ADDITIONAL MEMBER TO THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT (BID) BOARD OF DIRECTORS;
TERM EXPIRING JUNE 30, 2007.
(Stan Gibbs from Art Works Downtown)
WHEREAS, the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) has been established
and requires a Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appoint business community members to the BID
Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the BID has identified Stan Gibbs from Art Works Downtown as an
acceptable candidate to fill the vacant position on the 2005 — 2007 Board of Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Stan Gibbs shall be appointed to the BID
Board with a term expiring June 30, 2007:
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, CLERK of the City of San Rafael, HEREBY CERTIFY that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, at a regular meeting, held on the 1" day of August 2005, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
