WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT TO CALTRANS ON A.P.N. 13-051-05 ON FRANCISCO BOULEVARD WEST BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael as follows: WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has easement rights for a 4 ft. sanitary sewer easement across A.P.N. 13-051-05; and WHEREAS, the State of California will be granting a superior 10 ft. wide easement to the San Rafael Sanitation District for the purpose of maintaining the sanitary sewer pipeline; and WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has no interest in maintaining its existing easement rights; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of San Rafael does hereby authorize the Quit Claim of the 4 ft. wide sewer easement to the State of California and direct the City Clerk to record the Quit Claim document at the County Recorder's office.
