CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF 11PPRECIflT10N
TO
PATRICIA COCHRAN
WHEREAS, as a member of the Santa Margarita Neighborhood Association,
Patricia has served on many committees often as Chairperson; and
WHEREAS, Patricia has produced two large community -oriented and successful
fundraising parties for the "Recreate the Creek project", which
helped foster a greater sense of community in North San Rafael
while raising significant funds toward the project's success; and
WHEREAS, Patricia has participated in the Vision in Action group; has been
active in various elections, particularly Dixie bond issues; has
volunteered with various Terra Linda groups as well as the Dixie
Children's Fund, Montessori of Terra Linda and Vallecito School;
and
WHEREAS, Patricia has been a faithful volunteer in local Neighborhood
Beautification Days for many years and has been a valuable leader
and coordinator in her community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of
the City of San Rafael hereby commend Patricia Cochran for her tireless and
selfless efforts on behalf of the City of San Rafael.
