RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM WALTER
HOLLERAN III AND KAREN HOLLERAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE PROJECT ENTITLED "VALLEY VIEW AVENUE DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS."
WHEREAS, the construction and installation of storm drainage facilities over a
certain portion of Walter Holleran III and Karen Holleran's property is necessary in order
to improve the current storm drainage in the surrounding area; and
WHEREAS, the new storm drainage easement will allow for the construction and
maintenance of new storm drainage facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that the
City Council does hereby accept for the City of San Rafael the Grant of Easement for
construction and maintenance of storm drainage facilities from Walter Holleran III and
Karen Holleran, over a certain portion of their property located at 248 Elizabeth Way in
the City of San Rafael.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on the P day of May 2004, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
