A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL APPROVING A HOME LOAN FOR
POLICE CHIEF MICHAEL CRONIN AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A HOME LOAN AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, a
Home Loan Agreement with MICHAEL CRONIN, City Police Chief, secured by a Note and Deed
of Trust, to assist Cronin in the purchase of a principal place of residence located at 879 Tamarack
Drive, San Rafael, A.P. #175-052-16, in the not to exceed amount of $150,000, for a term of three
(3) years, commencing May 1, 2003 and ending May 1, 2006, to be repaid in monthly interest -only
installments amortized over thirty (30) years, with the total principal amount due and payable at the
end of the three (3) year term, May 1, 2006.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCI I, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on Monday, the 7th day of April, 2003, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Heller, Miller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen
