CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
BARBARA FELLING
WHEREAS, In 1997, the City began working in partnership with Kaiser, San
Rafael, to develop a comprehensive Employee Wellness Program;
and
WHEREAS, Barbara Felling, Senior Health Educator, has been the primary
Kaiser contact for City employees since the inception of the
program; and
WHEREAS, Barbara has promoted wellness and championed good nutritional
awareness by teaching classes, counseling employees and assisting
employees in developing personal wellness plans; and
WHEREAS, Barbara provides encouragement and support, and she consistently
demonstrates a high level of caring and sensitivity in delivering
services to City employees and in responding to their concerns; and
WHEREAS, Barbara is to be commended for her contribution to the City's
Employee Wellness Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of San Rafael express sincere appreciation to BARBARA FELLING for her
dedication, professionalism and outstanding service to the employees of the City of
San Rafael.
