CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO

Wf(EREAS, Joann Franklin -Knox has been a tenacious leader of the Southern
Heights Neighborhood Association for over a decade; and
W�IEREAS, Joann has organized regular clean up days, created more
awareness of fire hazards, advocated for City street paving and a
Neighborhood Watch Program; and
W}(EREAS, With her professional standards, Joann has been a moving force
behind Southern Heights becoming a cleaner, safer, more cohesive
neighborhood for her fellow residents; and
WgERFAS, Joann has instigated and followed-up on numerous activities and
projects, thus making her neighborhood and the City a better place
in which to live.
NOW, TWEREFORE, 8E Ir RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby commend Jovwuv Fra nkU+1,--Kn.o-x.for her tireless and selfless
efforts on behalf of the City of San Rafael.
