CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO

WHEPZEAS, Charlotte Gurin has been an active participant and indispensable
volunteer with the Santa Margarita Neighborhood Association for
many years; and
W34E1ZEAS, Charlotte has helped make her Terra Linda neighborhood a cleaner
and more attractive area for all residents; and
WHEREAS, In a joint effort with her friend, Goldie Magee, Charlotte has
weeded and tended as well as planted daffodil bulbs along Freitas
Parkway, Montecillo Street, and Del Ganado Way on a regular
basis; and
WVE1ZFAS, Charlotte has demonstrated an enthusiastic, energetic and lively
regard for her neighborhood and its surroundings.

on behalfof the City of San Rafael.
