PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
CarLRi*�
WHEREAS,
Carl Ringchop has been an active participant and indispensable
volunteer at the Santa Margarita Neighborhood Association clean-
up days for over a decade; and
WHEREAS,
Carl has helped make his Terra Linda neighborhood a cleaner,
healthier, more attractive area for all its residents; and
WHEREAS,
In a joint effort, Carl has helped clear the Freitas Parkway of litter
and debris every Saturday morning for the past six years, and Carl
has served in the past as Assistant Fire Chief for the Terra Linda
Volunteer Fire Department; and
W}f:EREAS,
Carl has proven that opportunities for bettering the lives of others in
the community are available in large and small ways every day,
and that individuals can make a difference, sometimes even in
their own neighborhood.
NOW, T EREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby commend CarLR�� for his tireless and selfless efforts on
behalf of the City of San Rafael.
