Home My WebLink AboutCC Resolution 11098 (Quitclaim Deed to Gabrielsen Trust)RESOLUTION NO. 11098 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE GABRIELSEN TRUST BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael as follows: WHEREAS, certain lands were deeded by the City of San Rafael to the San Rafael Sanitation District in 1979; and WHEREAS, the District needs to trade lands with the Gabrielsen Trust to install a nitrate dosing station; and WHEREAS, the Gabrielsen Trust is requesting the City of San Rafael to quitclaim any potential interest it may have in the lands to be traded by the San Rafael Sanitation District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a quitclaim deed to the Gabrielsen Trust. I, JEANNE M.
