RESOLUTION NO. 11154
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
MARKRINKEL
WHEZEA5, Mark has been a valued member of the San Rafael Information
Services Division of the Management Services Department since
January 19, 1999; and
WHERFA5, Mark has worked diligently with contractors and users to assist in
creating the best possible CAD/RMS system for the Police and Fire
Departments; and
WHEREAS, his willingness to assist extends beyond the boundaries of the Police
Department or the normal work day in assisting other departments in
the installation of software so that Palm Pilots and Virtual Private
Network can become the next step in the City of San Rafael's world of
technology; and
WHERFA5, Mark shows a "can do -ism" attitude not only to his supervisors but
fellow employees alike which ultimately benefits the City in general;
and
WHERFA5, Mark is intelligent, has a good sense of humor, is courteous, has a
high level of tolerance, is patience and flexible, all of which equates to
an outstanding employee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby designate Mark Rinkel as the Employee of the Quarter for
the second quarter of 2002 and express sincere appreciation for his dedication,
professionalism and outstanding service to the City of San Rafael.
