RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, PURSUANT TO SRMC
SECTIONS 2.55.190 & 2.55.200, TO CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF MULTI -SPACE PARKING METER EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES BY
USE OF COMPETITIVE NEGOTIATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The City Council finds that the use of competitive sealed bids is not practical or
advantageous to the City and authorizes the CITY MANAGER, on behalf of the City of San
Rafael, to contract for the purchase of the Multi -Space Parking Meter equipment and services by
use of competitive negotiation, as set forth in San Rafael Municipal Code sections 2.55.190 &
2.55.200.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a re lar meeting of the
City Council of said City held on Mondav, the 19th day of August, 2002 by the following
vote, to wit:
