RESOLUTION NO. 1117
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL APPROVING
THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT TO EXCEED $27,500,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL
AMOUNT OF SAN RAFAEL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CENTRAL SAN RAFAEL
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TAX ALLOCATION BONDS, SERIES 2002
(REDEVELOPMENT IV)
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency, by its Fifth Supplemental
Resolution adopted on September 16, 2002 (the "Resolution'), has authorized the issuance and
sale of not to exceed $27,500,000 aggregate principal amount of its San Rafael Redevelopment
Agency Central San Rafael Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds, Series 2002
(the "Bonds") for the purpose of providing funds to aid in financing the Central San Rafael
Redevelopment Project;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, as
follows:
1. The issuance and sale of not to exceed $27,500,000 aggregate principal amount of
the Bonds by the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency, in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth in the Resolution, is hereby approved.
2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption and approval.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of San Rafael held on the 16th day of September, 2002, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Miller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Heller
