RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPROVING A PARCEL MAP ENTITLED, "PARCEL MAP Of 2350 KERNER
BOULEVARD LANDS OF BARBARA FASKEN 1995 TRUST."
(A.P.N.'S 009-291-10,30,32,34 & 009-291-7,8,9,47)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael, State of
California, on February 29, 2000, adopted Planning Commission Resolution No. 10616,
approving the Tentative Subdivision Parcel Map (S00-1) for 2350 Kerner Boulevard (APN's
009-291-10, 30, 32, & 34 and 009-291-7, 8, 9, & 47) entitled "PARCEL MAP of 2350 Kerner
Boulevard Lands of Barbara Fasken 1995 Trust"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the Parcel Map attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" is in conformity with the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance Title
15 of the San Rafael Municipal Code, and that it is satisfied with the plan of the subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, California, that the parcel map of said subdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
approved by the Planning Commission of said City on February 29, 2000, and entitled, PARCEL
MAP of 2350 Kerner Boulevard Lands of Barbara Fasken 1995 Trust", be and the same is hereby
approved, and that the City Clerk of said City be and she is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the certificate upon the face of the map of the approval thereof and, to transmit said map
to the Recorder of Marin County.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 16th day of December, 2002, by the following vote, to wit:
