4. SECOND READING AND FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. Approve final adoption of
1825 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Rafael Ordinance No. 1825.
Amending Title 14, Chapter 19 — Zoning, Chapter 19, Signs, of the San
Rafael Municipal Code Adopting a Comprehensive Update to the Sign
Ordinance (ZO03-005)" (CD)
