Approve as submitted.

Adopt Resolution.
4. Resolution Accepting a Proposal from Amphion, Inc. to Prepare Final Adopt Resolution.
Design and Construction Documents for the Medway/Canal
Enhancement Project in an Amount not to Exceed $120,000 and
Authorizing the Assistant Executive Director (Public Works) to Execute
the Professional Services Agreement (PW)
