3. Mid -Year Budget Report for Fiscal Year 2004-2005 (MS) Adopt Resolution.
4. Approve the Annual Report, including a Blight Progress and Agency Approve Reports and forward
Owned Property Reports, for the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency and to City Council for Review and
Forward to City Council for Review and Approval (RA) Approval.
5. Unapproved Minutes of Citizens Advisory Committee Meeting of Accept report.
