the foregoing Charter Ordinance No. 1h?g entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ADOPTING THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT 1629 FOR LOCH LOMOND 10, AS CLASSIFIED ON THE ZONING MAP OF THE

is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and was
introduced at a RFMIAR meeting of the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, held on the 8th day of

MARTN TNnFPFNDFNT JOURNAL , a newspaper published in the City
of San Rafael and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at
a RFQj11 AR meeting of the City Council of said City

ORDINANCE NO. 16 2 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ADOPTING
THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 1629 FOR
LOCH LOMOND 10, AS CLASSIFIED ON THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
(RE.: Z914 SAN RAFAEL ZONING ORDINANCE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1
Certain real property known as Loch Lomond 10 is reclassified from R -1-B-2 (Single -Family
Residential - [B-2 Area and Yard Variations] Combined) District to PD 16 2 S on the City of San
Rafael Zoning Map as of the effective date of this ordinance. Said property so reclassified is located
at the end of Inverness and Las Casas Drives, San Rafael, County Assessor's Parcels 186-031-02, -06
(Map 1) and 186-520-18 (Map 2), and is further described by TS86-4 subdivision map (Map 3).
DIVISION 2
Any development of Loch Lomond 10 shall be subject to the following development standards.
Land Uses: Permits a 28 single-family home subdivision. Also permits open space with an
approximate total of 43 acres of open space on Assessor Parcels 186-031-02 (approximately one acre),
186-031-06 (14.4 acres) and 186-520-18 (36.8 acres), and accessory structures and uses customarily
incidental to a permitted use and contained on the same site.
Setbacks: Setbacks shall be in accordance with R10 standards.
Project Approvals: Development shall be in accordance with project approval TS86-4, or any
amendments thereto.
DIVISION 3
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The
Council hereby declares that it would have adopted the Ordinance and each section, subsection,
sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections,
sentences, clauses or phrases may be declared invalid.
DIVISION 4
The Ordinance shall be published once in full before its final passage in a newspaper of general
circulation, published and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in full force and effect
thirty days following its final passage.

The foregoing Ordinance No. 16 2 9 was read and introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of San Rafael on Tuesday, September 8th, 1992, and ordered passed to print by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers : Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: Councilmembers : None
ABSENT: Councilmembers : None
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San Rafael at a regular meeting of the
Council to be held on Monday, September 21st, 1992.
