Motors, Inc. for the Property Located at Rice Drive and Francisco Boulevard West (APN 013-041-44) Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33433 (RA) Explanation: See enclosed material. Recommend adoption of Resolution. b) SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL: Resolution of the San Rafael City Council Approving a Lease Between the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency and R.A.B. Motors, Inc. for the Property Located at Rice Drive and Francisco Boulevard West (APN 013-041-44) Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33433 (CC) Explanation: See enclosed material. Recommend adoption of Resolution. 2. a) SAN RAFAEL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: Resolution of the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency Making Findings Required by Health and Safety Code Section 33445 Committing Funds for Construction of Certain School Facilities at College of Marin and Authorizing the Economic Development Director to Transfer Funds to the College of Marin (RA) Explanation: See enclosed material. Recommend adoption of Resolution. b) SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL: Resolution of the San Rafael City Council Making Findings Required by Health and Safety Code Section 33445 Committing Funds for Construction of Certain School Facilities at College of Marin and Taking Related Actions (CC) Explanation: See enclosed material.
