Rafael County Service Area No. 13, and County Service Area No. 19. ($89.00 for
Residential and $0.12 Per Square Foot for Non-Residential Properties), and for Residential

IN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 13, AND COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO.
19. ($89.00 FOR RESIDENTIAL AND $0.12 PER SQUARE FOOT FOR NON-RESIDENTIAL
