1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENT TO FILL ONE, FOUR-YEAR TERM ON THE
SAN RAFAEL FIRE COMMISSION. WITH TERM TO EXPIRE END OF MARCH. 2004 (CC),

Council interviewed the following applicants:
Charles I. Daniels, Jr.
Jim Weatherhead
After discussion, Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Miller seconded, to
re -appoint Charles I. Daniels, Jr. to fill one, four-year term on the San Rafael Fire
Commission, with term to expire the end of March, 2004.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Miller, Phillips & Vice -Mayor Heller
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Boro
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 PM.
