16. Public Hearing - Consideration of Ordinance Amending the San Rafael Municipal Code: (CD)
Amending Sections 14.03.030 and 14.17.020 to Modify Requirements for Issuance of an
Administrative Use Permit for Keeping More Than Three (3) Adult Cats, Dogs or Potbellied Pigs, or
More Than Ten (10) Specified Birds, Rodents or Reptiles Per Property or Dwelling Unit, to Include
Additional Standards for Animal Keeping, to Add a Definition of "Animal Keeping" and to Include a Provision
for Amortization of Nonconforming Properties or Dwellings Created by the Revised Regulations; and
Amending Section 6.10.010 to Eliminate the Conflict With the Adopted Marin County Animal Control Code
