We previously performed a geotechnical reconnaissance at the site and presented our findings and recommendations in a written report dated June 14, 1984. In that report, we noted areas of erosion and landsliding. The scope of our work is to provide a topographic survey of the landslide and erosion areas to prepare the plans and specification. We intend to subcontract the survey work. Our plans and specifications are the following: 1. Working drawings to perform the repair. 2. Special provisions of the project specifications. 3. An engineer's estimate to perform the work. We propose that we perform the work on a time and materials basis in accordance to the attached Standard Schedule of Charges.
