CITY OF SAN RAFAEL SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA I INTER -DEPARTMENTAL MEMORANDUM I DATE: April 15, 1992 TO: Dave Bernardi, Public Works FROM: Bob Pendoley, Planning ip SUBJECT: URM Ordinance I recommend we request another two months to work on "grandfather" language for the URM ordinance. The Planning Department has been involved in a number of major projects and appeal items over the past several months which have kept us from working on the URM project. I believe that two months would be adequate time to meet with the advisory committee, develop an approach and prepare the appropriate ordinance amendment. 6r D NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING IN I Orr ENTIRETY CHAPTER 12.40 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF Th CITY OF SAN RAFAEL SETTING FORTH AN UNREINFORCEL MASONRY BUILDING MITIGATION PROGRAM DATE: Monday, April 20, 1992 TIME: 8:00 P.M.
