the foregoing Charter Ordinance No. 1429 entitled:
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION
14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO
RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM "U" (UNCLASSIFIED) DISTRICT TO
P -D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT (57 Racquet Club Drive "Grove Hill")
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and was
introduced at a regular

Independent -Journal , a newspaper published in the City

ORDINANCE NO. 1429
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION
14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL,
CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM "U" (UNCLASSIFIED) DISTRICT TO
P -D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT
(57 Racquet Club Drive "Grove Hill")
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Muni-
cipal Code is amended by reclassifying the following real property
from "U" (Unclassified) District to P -D (Planned Development) District.
Said property so reclassified is located at 57 Racquet Club Drive and
known as Grove Hill, San Rafael, County Assessor's Parcels 10-221-19,
24, 25 and 10-232-34 & 36.
DIVISION 2. Any development of this property shall be
subject to the conditions outlined in Exhibit "A" which is attached
hereto and made a part thereof.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in
full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, held on the 17th day of May , 1982, and
ordered passed to print by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

was amended and reread and reintroduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of San Rafael, held on the 21st day of
June, 1982, and ordered passed to print by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen &
Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San
Rafael at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the 6th
day of July, 1982.

EXHIBIT "A"
Conditions which were included as part of the zoning (Z81-2)
action by the Planning Commission on April 13, 1982:
(a) The subject property is approved for the development of
fourteen single family detached residences and four duplex
units which will be sold through the Housing Authority or
some other City -designated entity at moderate income levels
(total 18 units). Building and roadway locations shall be
as shown on the plan dated January 7, 1982, and as modified
through the use permit conditions of approval.
(b) All conditions of UP81-8 shall apply.
