is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of San Rafael, held on -the sixth.
dayof October , 1980, published as required by City
Charter in the Independent -Journal , a newspaper
printed and published in the City of San Rafael and passed
and adopted as an ordinance of said City at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City held on the twentieth
day of October , 1980, by the following vote, to wit:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY
REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO RECLASSIFY
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R-1
(SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
TO R -1-B-3 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL,
MINIMUM BUILDING SITE AREA 20,000
SQUARE FEET) DISTRICT
(Rezonings to Implement Neighborhood 13/14 Plan)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Muni-
cipal Code is amended by reclassifying the following real property
from R-1 (Single Family Residential) District to "R -1-B-3 (Single
Family Residential, Minimum Building Site Area 20,000 Square Feet)
District. Said property so reclassified is located in the Quarry
Road/Culloden Park area, County Assessor's Parcels 10-142-19, 27, 43,
44 and 45; 10-162-01; 11-111-02; 11-115-03 through 17.
DIVISION 2. Upon the effective date of this Ordinance
and Ordinance number 1379 , the moratorium on development in Neigh-
borhood 13 and 14 shall terminate.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published, and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in
full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

ORDINANCE NO. 1380
The foregoing Ordinance No. 1380 was read and intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, held on the 6th day of October 1980, and
ordered passed to print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Jensen
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San
Rafael at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the
20th day of October , 1980.
