RESTRICTIONS ON PARKING, STOPPING, AND STANDING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND
OVERSIZED VEHICLES
Councilmember McCullough moved and Councilmember Gamblin seconded to dispense with the reading
of the ordinance in its entirety and refer to it by title only, and pass Charter Ordinance No. 1941 to print
subject to the comments from the City Council, including changing the definition of oversized vehicles to
include the load or protrusions from the vehicle, caused by the load in the vehicle; ensuring that unsafe
loading is not taking place on City streets, providing a permit process that is as easy as possible,
preferably online with printable permits, and providing information regarding alternate places to park, by
the following vote to wit:
