R -1-B-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM BUILDING SITE AREA
7,500 SQUARE FEET) DISTRICT.
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City,
and was introduced at a
regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of San Rafael, held on the 20th
day of March 19 78 Published as re-
quired by City Charter in the San Rafael Pointer ,
a newspaper printed and published in the City of San Rafael
and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 3rd day of April 19 78 by the
following vote, to -wit:

Noes: Councilmen: None

ORDINANCE NO. 1293
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE,
SO AS TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R -1:B-2 (SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL , MINIMUM BUILDING SITE AREA 10,000 SQUARE FEET) DISTRICT
TO R -1-B-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM BUILDING SITE AREA
7,500 SQUARE FEET) DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael, California,
adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Municipal Code, is amended
by reclassifying the following described real property from R -1:B-2
(Single Family Residential, Minimum Building Site Area 10,000 Square
Feet) District to R -1-B-1 (Single Family Residential, Minimum Building
Site Area 7,500 Square Feet) District. Said property so reclassified
is located on the south side of Point San Pedro Road at Bay Way, and
shown as County Assessor's Parcels 16-211-04 and 05.
DIVISION 2. This zoning shall become effective in accordance
with Section 65859 of the Government Code of the State of California.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published, and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in
full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

The foregoing Ordinance No. 1293 was read and introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Rafael
held on Monday the 20th day of March 1978, and ordered
passed to print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Jensen and Mulryan
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San Rafael
at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the 3rd day of
April , 1978.
