a Definition for "Mini- Market", or Similar Revision, in Chapter 3, Section 14.03.030
(Definitions) of the Zoning Code;
b) Pending Approval of the Above Described Zoning Ordinance Amendments, a Use Permit is
Requested for Approval to Convert the Service Bays Within the Existing 1,606 Square Foot
Unocal Service Station Building Into a Mini -Market Area. The Subject Property is Located at
