1) Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute
an Agreement with the State Board Of Equalization for
Preparation to Administer and to Operate the City's
Transactions and Use Tax
2) Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute
an Agreement with the State Board of Equalization for the
Administration of the City's Transactions and Use Tax
b) Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates:
1) Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute
an Amendment to the Agreement Between the City and b) Adopt Resolutions (2).
Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates for Sales Tax Audit and
Information Services so as to 1) Extend the Term of the
