4. Report on Phase II of the Fire Department Reorganization, Transferring Approve staff
Fire Prevention Functions from the Fire Department to the Community recommendation.
Development Department including: (CD/FD)
1) Elimination of Two Existing Fire Prevention Inspector Positions in the
Fire Department;
2) Creation of Three Non -Safety Fire Inspector Positions in the
Community Development Department; and
3) Amendment of the Fire Department and Community Development
Budgets for Fiscal Year 2006-2007 to Accomplish Said Changes

7. Resolution Authorizing a License Agreement for Temporary Art Structure Adopt Resolution.
Installations at San Rafael City Plaza, San Rafael Library, Falkirk Cultural
Center, City Hall Terrace, B Street Community Center, and the Parking
Space in Front of Art Works Downtown, from October 7 to November 15,
2006 (RA)
