RESOLUTION NO. 9463
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF 11PPRECUITION
TO
HANK BELLATORRE
WHEREAS, the San Rafael community came together to describe the
Downtown they desired in Our Vision of Downtown San
Rafael; and
WHEREAS, the community Vision includes beautiful, tree lined streets
,hit are pleasant to walk; and
WHEREAS, a stalwart group of volunteers declared themselves to be the
organization Downtown Trees, and gathered community
efforts to plant 100 street trees; and
WHEREAS, dank Bellatorre has given generously of his time to water trees
and is the mainstay of the tree watering group; and
WHEREAS, Hank attaches water bags to tree stakes, greets everyone on the
street with a cheerful hello, and knows each of the trees on a
first name basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council, on
behalf of all its citizens, hereby express sincere appreciation and
gratitude to Hank Bellatorre for his efforts in making Our
Vision for Downtown San Rafael come alive.
