• City Attornev Robert Epstein announced that no reportable action was taken in closed session
this evening. Mr. Epstein also stated that no reportable action was taken in the closed session
held following the City Council meeting on January 17, 2017.

• City Manaaer Jim Schutz announced the Special Study Session regarding SMART Issues to be
held Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. He reported on
the Albert Park Playground Improvement Project
