Consideration of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Rafael Amending the Paramedic Tax Rates Within the Voter -Approved Limit, Commencing with Fiscal Year 2017-2018 for Residential and Non -Residential Properties in the City of San Rafael County Service Area No. 13, and County Service Area No. 19. Doug Van Gessel was appointed to fill one unexpired four-year term to the end of April, 2019 on the San Rafael Board of Library Trustees.
