Per Square Foot for Non -Residential Properties), and for Residential and Non -Residential

Councilmember McCullough moved and Councilmember Colin seconded to dispense with the reading of
the ordinance in its entirety and refer to it by title only, and pass Charter Ordinance No. 1947 to print by
the following vote, to wit

Mavor Phillips announced that at a Special Meeting held earlier this evening, Council reappointed Carol
Manashil and appointed Jaimi Cortes to fill two four-year terms to the end of April, 2021. Doug Van
Gessel was appointed to fill one unexpired four-year term to the end of April, 2019 on the San Rafael
Board of Library Trustees.
