RESOLUTION NO. 9286
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ORDERING CLOSING,
ABANDONING AND VACATING OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT (SDE) ON LOT 5 AND LOT 25 AS
SHOWN ON MAP OF SHORELINE INDUSTRIAL PARK (18RM93) AND MAP OF SHORELINE
CENTER (21RM27), SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council on March 7, 1994, approved a resubdivision entitled "Map of
Shoreline Center";and

WHEREAS, public storm drainage in Shoreline Industrial Park was changed to reflect that shown
on the approved "Map of Shoreline Center"; and
WHEREAS, it appears from all of the evidence submitted that the following storm drainage
easement (S.D.E.) on lot 5 and lot 25 of the "Map of Shoreline Industrial Park" are unnecessary for present or
prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
RESOLVES as follows:
1. That the following described storm drain easements as shown on the "Map of Shoreline
Industrial Park", which are also reflected as existing on the "Map of Shoreline Center" are unnecessary for
present and prospective public use;
2. That the following described easements are hereby ordered closed, abandoned and vacated
under Section 8335 of the State of California's Streets and Highways Code;
3. That the following closed, abandoned and vacated easements are described on Exhibit "B"
which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Tuesday,
January 17, 1995, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Heller, Zappetini and Vice—Mayor Cohen
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS : None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Boro
