HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 9045 (Sewer Easement)RESOLUTION NO. 9 0 4 5 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF or wj&it EASEMENT FROM SHARON LEE KING, TRUSTEE OF THE KING INTERVIVOS TRUST II WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and welfare require that the easement hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California, that that certain Grant of Easement for maintenance, repair, reconstruction and renewal of the public sanitary sewer, executed by Sharon Lee King, Trustee of the King Intervivos Trust II, to the City of San Rafael, dated December 4, 1992, be, and the same is hereby, accepted, and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
