HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 8031 (Falkirk)RESOLUTION NO. 8031 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE (RESOLUTION #7553), "SECTION 12.3 --FALKIRK", REVISING RENTAL RATES WHEREAS, Resolution #7553 is the City's Master Fee Schedule setting fees for services, licenses, and permits; and WHEREAS, Resolution #7553 presently sets the rates for rental uses of Falkirk Cultural Center; and WHEREAS, Staff has recommended revision of the rental rate structure for Falkirk Cultural Center as detailed in "Exhibit A"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Rafael hereby amends the Master Fee Schedule, Resolution #7553, "Section 12.3 --Falkirk", as described in "Exhibit X. I, JEANNE M.
