THE PARAMEDIC TAX RATE, COMMENCING WITH FISCAL YEAR 2010/2011, AT THE RATES ALLOWED IN ORDINANCE NO. 1846 FOR RESIDENTIAL AND NON- RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL; AND FURTHER CONFIRMING THE PARAMEDIC TAX RATES, COMMENCING WITH FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011 FOR RESIDENTIAL AND NON-RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, THE MARINWOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT, COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 13, AND COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 19 ($85.00 FOR RESIDENTIAL AND $.11 PER SQUARE FOOT FOR NON-RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY) (Fin) _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Council less than 72 hours before the meeting, shall be available for inspection in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 209, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with other agenda-related materials on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting.
