RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
Kerner Boulevard Assessment District
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
As a part of the proceedings for improvements in the
Kerner Boulevard Assessment District, this Council approves that
certain agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and the PACIFIC GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, dated July 15, 1985, and attached to this
resolution.
The Mayor of the City of San Rafael is authorized to sign
the agreement and the City Clerk is authorized to attest its
execution.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are further authorized to
execute the Deed of Conveyance attached to said agreement.
The City Council further authorizes the sum of $45,955.00
to be paid to Pacific Gas and Electric Company for the gas and
electrical distribution facilities in the Kerner Boulevard
Assessment District.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 15th day of July, 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
