Presentation by San Rafael Age -Friendly Task Force — AARP Network of Age -Friendly Communities Application for City of San Rafael (CD) CONSENT CALENDAR: The opportunity for public comment on consent calendar items will occur prior to the City Council's vote on the Consent Calendar. The City Council may approve the entire consent calendar with one action. In the alternative, items on the Consent Calendar may be removed by any City Council or staff member, for separate discussion and vote. 5. Consent Calendar Items: a. Approval of Minutes of City Council/ Successor Agency Regular Meeting of August 21, 2017 (CC) Recommended Action — Approve as submitted b. Resolution Approving Use of State of California Office of Traffic Safety Grant Funds in the Amount of $110,000.00 for the Step Grant "Selective Traffic Enforcement Program" from October 1, 2017 Through September 30, 2018, and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Grant Agreement and Any Other Documents Related to the Grant in a Form Approved by the City Attorney (PD) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution c. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter Into an Agreement with Pump Repair Service Company to Perform Repair and Replacement Work on Three Stormwater Pump Stations, in an Amount Not to Exceed $231,761 (PW) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution d. Resolution to Amend an Environmental Testing and Remediation Agreement with EBA Engineering, Inc. in an Amount Not to Exceed a Contract Total of $90,000 (PW) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution PUBLIC HEARINGS: 6. Public Hearings: a. California Enerav Efficiencv Loan and Master Service Agreement with PG&E: (PW) 1) Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Accept an Energy Efficiency Loan for Various System Upgrades to City Facilities and Street Lights; Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution 2) Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Services Agreement with PG&E to Perform Project Management on Energy Efficiency Upgrades to Various City Facilities and Street Lights for a Not to Exceed Amount of $1,178,813 Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution b. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Title 11 of the San Rafael Municipal Code to Add a new Chapter 11.60 entitled "Maintenance of Sidewalks" Recommended Action — Continue to a date certain, at the request of staff OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: 7.
