Home My WebLink AboutCC Resolution 6773 (North San Pedro Rd ROW)RESOLUTION NO. 6773 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF STREET RIGHT OF WAY FOR REALIGNMENT OF PORTION OF NORTH SAN PEDRO ROAD, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and welfare require that the street right-of-way hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California for realignment of a portion of North San Pedro Road to repair a slide condition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain grant deed from N.Y.-CAL. INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION, dated March 7, 1984, for and on behalf of the City of San Rafael and the property described therein, all as more particularly described and set forth in the attachment hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said deed to be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
