RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS
KERNER BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
On May 7, 1984, the City Council opened a public
hearing on the resolution of intention, as amended, and the
engineer's report on the proposed improvement in the Kerner
Boulevard Assessment District.
At or before the time set for hearing, certain
interested persons made protests or objections to the proposed
improvement, the extent of the assessment district or the
proposed assessment.
The City Council hereby overrules each of these
protests, written or oral.
The City Council finds that the protest against the
proposed improvement (including all written protests not
withdrawn in writing before the conclusion of the protest
hearing) is made by the owners of less than one-half of the area
of the land to be assessed for the improvement.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City held on the 7th day of May,
1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Nave, Russom and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS Breiner
