HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 6834 (Las Gallinas Sanitary District Easement)RESOLUTION NO. 6834 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PUR- POSES TO LAS GALLINAS VALLEY SANITARY DISTRICT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, as grantor, a deed of easement for sanitary sewer purposes to Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District, as grantee, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by this reference. I, JEANNE M. Firm ulama DEED OF EASEMENT The CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a municipal corporation, Marin County, California, as Grantor, hereby grants to the LAS GALLINAS VALLEY SANITARY DISTRICT, a public corporation, Marin County, California, as Grantee, those certain easements situate in the County of Marin, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by reference incorporated herein. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easements for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, completing, reconstructing, repairing, maintaining and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances for said District, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor.
