The title of the ordinance was read: An Ordinance of the City of San Rafael Adding New Chapter 11.60 to
the San Rafael Municipal Code Regulating Maintenance and Repair of Sidewalks.
Councilmember McCullough moved and Councilmember Colin seconded to dispense with the r eading of
the ordinance in its entirety and refer to it by title only, and pass Charter Ordinance No. 1948 to print by
the following vote, to wit:

Councilmember McCullough moved and Councilmember Colin seconded to adopt the Resolution subject
to the commentary to ensure that this item is brought back in one year, and that sufficient flexibility is
vested in the Public Works Director on the issues discussed to calibrate the program
