THIS PORTION OF THE MEETING IS RESERVED FOR PERSONS DESIRING TO ADDRESS THE AGENCY ON
URGENCY MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA WHICH ARE WITHIN THE SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. PRESENTATIONS ARE GENERALLY LIMITED TO TWO MINUTES. ALL
MATTERS REQUIRING A RESPONSE WILL BE REFERRED TO STAFF FOR REPLY IN WRITING AND/OR
PLACED ON A FUTURE MEETING AGENDA. PLEASE CONTACT THE AGENCY SECRETARY BEFORE
MEETING.

1. Approval of Minutes of Redevelopment Agency Meeting of November 7, 2011 (AS)

2. Monthly Investment Report for Month Ending October, 2011 (Fin)
Recommended Action – Accept report
3. Resolution of the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency reducing its Deposit to the Low and Moderate Income
Housing Fund for the 2011-2012 Fiscal Year and Making Certain Findings and Determinations (RA)
Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution

Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Agency Board less than 72 hours before the meeting, shall be
