HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 6337 (SF Foundation FEMA Grants for Storm Damage)RESOLUTION NO. 6337 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows: The MAYOR -and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, agreements with The San Francisco Foundation for 10% Eligible Costs of FE11A Grants for Storm Damage (Supplements #0, #1, #2), copies of which are hereby attached and by this reference made a part hereof. I, JEANNE M. Unless otherwise indicated, a progress report is due before the third grant payment can be processed, and a final report is due 120 days after the final 1)a)9nent. The format of the financial section of the report should be consistent with that of the final budget approved by the Foundation, and should show a comparis of actual to budgeted expenditures. If necessary, an audit may be required. Widelines on how to prepare a grant report are enclosed. Paynents on the grant are contingent on the sulynission of progress reports and other conditions as noted above. MONITORING In order to assess the effectiveness of our grants, the Foundation may & monitor or conduct an evaluation of the program funded by this grant, E1JALl14TION: which, inay i-nclude visits by representatives of the Foluldation to observe the grantee's program procedures and operations and to discuss the program with the grantee's personnel.
